Lara is known as an Olympic standard gymnast for her various abilities that help heron her travels. She traverses across handhelds, swings on pole, cartwheels and so many more things that its hard to remember. Here is a checklist. Be sure to read the reccomendations first.
Reccomendations
Gymnastics is a VERY hard and dangerous subject to learn and perform. Simple gymnastics like rolls can be done alone or with supervision - which is also reccomended. But anything a LOT more complicated like frontflips etc. should only be performed by a gymnastic instructor. Be very careful when trying this. Do it on grass or a soft surface with lots of space all around.
Also, if you want to be fit and healthy - which i a good option if you want to be doing this stuff - do regular exercise everyday and drink and eat healthily, and do not over exert yourself. Good Luck!
